By using babyrain.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Weather Data Disclaimer

The weather data provided on this Site, including METAR and TAF reports, is sourced from publicly available government services and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. This data should not be used as the sole source for flight planning or any safety-critical aviation decisions. Always refer to official FAA and NWS sources for operational weather briefings.

3. Changes to Terms or Services

We may update the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know by posting the updated Terms on the Site. If you continue to use the Services after we have posted updated Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated Terms.

4. Who May Use the Services

You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with us and are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

5. Content Ownership

babyrain.org and its licensors exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to the Services and Content, including all associated intellectual property rights. Airport and weather data sourced from government agencies remains in the public domain.

6. General Prohibitions

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Use, display, mirror or frame the Services, babyrain.org's name, any babyrain.org trademark, logo or other proprietary information without babyrain.org's express written consent.
• Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any babyrain.org system or network or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically access the Site in a manner that places undue burden on our infrastructure.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

NEITHER BABYRAIN.ORG NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
